Gul Aal & Havaal

The "Zoologia Danica" collection originates from a zoological visual masterpiece inspired by the Flora Danica, which began in 1761. In 1777, the naturalist O.F. Müller began an equally ambitious work in Danish and Latin (later only in Latin).

Printed with Japanese archival ink on a matte Hahnemühle paper in our own studio in rural Copenhagen, Denmark.
