Fiske XIII

Fried in butter served with boiled potatoes and white sauce with curled parsley makes this a national dish of Denmark. 

Besides Rødspætte (Pleuronectes Platessa) this print features Laadden Varre (Zeugopterus punctatus), Tungevarre (Arnoglossus Laterna), Slette (Pleuronectes Limanda), and Mareflynder (Pleuronectes microcephalus).
