Despite its dangerous appearance, the monkfish is an exquisite edible fish with firm, white and tasty meat.

Besides Sorthaj (Etmopterus spinax) this print features Havkal (Somniosus microcephalous) and Havengel (Rhina squatina).

Printed with Japanese archival ink on a matte Hahnemühle paper in our own studio in rural Copenhagen, Denmark.
