The national cuisine of Denmark is fried pork bacon with boiled potatoes.
This was annouced the 20th of November 2014 and made it talk of town. Most danes are really happy eating pork and there are more than 20 million pigs in our small country with less than 6 million human inhabitants. Most of the good pork parts are being exported into UK and other countries.
As a vegetarian this is my way of contributing to the danish piggy thing.
